Naji Ahmad is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and International Business.
In his current role as Chief Executive Officer at The H Real Estate since March 2024, Naji leads the development of strategic business initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal standards and upholding the company’s ethical practices. Since 2016, Naji Ahmad has been serving at Emirates Red Crescent in various leadership roles, including Fundraising Director, Finance Director, Head of Accounts Receivable and Banking, and Head of Accounts Payable. His career began at Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), where he served from April 2010 to July 2016 as Senior Accountant Team Lead & Senior Accountant Fixed Assets.
Naji’s professional development is marked by numerous certifications and memberships. He is a member of the UAE Emirates Association of Accountants and Auditors and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPAP) since August 2020. Additionally, he is a licensed Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker and holds certifications in IFRS, professional accounting, first-line management, interpersonal and communication skills, and public speaking, among others.
