He is an Actuarial Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Takaful product design, pricing, and valuation. He has consulted for 300+ entities in the GCC countries, including private and
government organizations, primarily in Saudi Arabia for IAS 19 work. He has served as the Appointed Actuary for various Takaful companies in the GCC and Pakistan. His work includes involvement in World Bank retirement benefits and pension reforms, actuarial review for Abu Dhabi Pension Authority, Dubai Government EOS scheme, and actuarial valuation for Pakistan National Pension scheme (EOBI). He also contributed to
pension reforms as a member of the Prime Minister’s Task Force. Additionally, he played a key role in developing Takaful Rules in Pakistan, advising on Takaful company setup, product design, pricing, and more.
He served as an Advisor and Consulting Actuary for Swiss Retakaful in establishing the first Life Retakaful solution in Switzerland and Malaysia.
